Planning software for financial advisors

Give every client a roadmap, not a binder.

Ready Roadmap is the planning system that takes a client from first conversation to a scored, written plan they can follow. One process for business owners, one for families, and the advisor tools to deliver both without adding staff.

    Why firms switch

Clients pay for advice. They remember the plan.

    Discovery lives in notebooks

Every advisor runs the first meeting differently, so the firm can't see what was learned or what comes next.

    Plans don't get read

A 60-page projection impresses at signing and sits in a drawer. Clients need a short list of what to do first.

    Fees need visible value

When reviews feel the same each year, clients start asking what they're paying for. A score that moves answers that.

    Questions

What firms ask before they start.

Does it replace our financial planning software?

No. Ready Roadmap sits in front of your projection tools. It runs discovery, scores readiness, writes the plan the client actually reads and keeps the follow-through on track.

Can we put our own brand on it?

Yes. Reports, Meeting Mode and the client portal carry your firm's name and logo, and your advisors add the firm's own story to Meeting Mode.

    How does compliance review work?

Reports move through draft, submitted, approved and released. Only a Firm Principal can approve and release, and in-app messages can't be deleted.

Our clients aren't comfortable with technology. Will they use it?

The questionnaire is a few taps per screen, and Zam, our guide, walks clients through each step. Many clients first see it on the big screen in Meeting Mode with their advisor beside them.

    How long does setup take?

Most firms invite their first advisor the day they sign up and run their first Discovery Session within a week.
